Edison’s
Located 1 mile south of downtown, this venue has 12,000 square feet and an inviting brick exterior. They have an in-house caterer and a rooftop with skyline views. They provide tables and chairs and also a full LED setup for presentations. No prices are listed. Oddly enough, there is a vintage 1947 Bentley in the receiving room.

The Little House on Routh
North of the city center is this quaint venue. The place is run by a husband and wife tandem who know how to bring out the best in your event. They are experienced in social media and preparing for events. They operate a blog and have workshops to show the general public how to prepare for events and host guests. No prices are listed and the reviews are spotty online but apparently they have a nice flower arrangement inside the venue.

The Empire Room
Within walking distance of downtown and just east of Trammell Crow Park, this chic venue is a versatile blank canvas. They offer a private room, open space, and an outdoor patio. The rooftop also has views of the downtown skyline. They work with Gil’s Elegant Catering to provide you with the best culinary options available. Finally, the pricing, March through June and December range from $8,500-9,500 for a Saturday. Monday through Thursday bookings are as low as $3,500 for a full day and evening event. A 50% down payment is required.
