Oak Grove Park
This amazing lakefront park also has paved trails, sports fields, a marina, and a fishing pond. There are ballfields that can be rented here.

Little Elm Park
Another beachfront park offers swimming, athletic fields, hiking trails, picnic areas, and a playground. There is a fee to park and to attend the park. There is a pavilion with a grill, amphitheater, and tent camping. Here is the link to rent everything.

Bear Creek Park
This park sits in the center of town, has two playgrounds, multiple sports courts, and access to Big Bear Creek. In addition, the park has a large pavilion, small pavilion, walking trail, picnic tables, and a couple of gazebos. Find the link to rent the shelters here.

Heritage Park
This neighborhood park has a playground, pavilion, picnic tables, and running/walking trails. They even have a disc golf course and splash pad for kids. Here is the link to rent the shelters.

Central Park
This community gathering spot has a mile long path on which you can run or hike. It also has a bandshell and pavilion. The park is 40 acres and has 3 picnic pavilions, they can be rented here. Each pavilion costs $50 to rent and must be done a month in advance. The bandshell is $75 to rent.

South Lakes Park
This final park is also near a lake, but this one is absolutely humongous at 187 acres. It offers 4 pavilions, multiple sports courts, and lakes/fishing pier. The rental info is available here.
